I almost hate to say this...but I believe our "dispute" with the DISH Network has been resolved - or will be to the best I can hope for, considering the idiots we've contended with for days.

I read your entire correspondence aloud to Doug. He thinks you should write a book!! He is a great judge of such things, just so you know.... :) We have recently ditched Dish. Took "the box" to UPS today. We were told we had 30 from when the box arrived on our doorstep to return Dish's equipment to them. We have NOT given them CC info or any other personal info. They are MISERABLE to deal with. You've chronicled this mess excellently. I only hope you have luck in resolving it.....
