Noting of Nothing

I feel almost obligated to write something about 9-11, but I have no great insights...nothing we haven't all thought about, written or said before.

We're still working to put our home into service for victim's of Katrina, but I have nothing new to report on that front either...it's a waiting game to see how God will use us in that regard. I'm confident He will... such is God's time.

It's been a rainy, lazy, do nothing weekend.

It's also been a fairly carefree weekend.

I think I'll let that reality set in for a while...on this September 11th.

God's time.

I understand you are getting a family -- you are a good man, Michael and married to a wonderful woman. I've been working with people here in Atlanta -- I want to put them all up in my house, but I can't. One family at a time -- one family matched with one family.

You are doing the work of God here on earth.

Christ has no body now on earth but yours,
no hands but yours,
no feet but yours,
Yours are the eyes through which is to look out
Christ's compassion to the world;
Yours are the feet with which he is to go about doing good;
Yours are the hands with which he is to bless men now.

God bless you for being a blessing.
