God's Time Has Come
Sure enough, I post about being patient and God says, "Okay let's get moving!"
We're making preparations to bring a family - a Dad, Mom and 3 older teens - into our home. It appears this is going to happen today, which is fine...we're ready in terms of space and confident God will provide whatever else they need.
I think my only duty will be trying to keep Amy from smothering them with mothering...I have a feeling she'll be cooking like crazy.
We're not sure how long this family will need our space, but we've got plenty of room and we've got time.
God's time.

Good for you and Amy, Michael. We have a friend now staying with us, by the way, who is much more computer literate than I. Yesterday put her to work cleanng up my computer. This morning I tried to get into Blogger and was told I had no "cookie retainer" or some such nonsense. I actually managed to follow some directions and, if I didn't blow up somethng else somewhere, go to my tool bar to correct the problem all on my ownsome! Do I hear the sound of trumpets from the heavens?......
Tell your guests that someone in the desert has heard of them, and is praying that their new lives start well.
Of course, living at your house is a good start anyway. If I had my druthers, I might dream up an emergency just so I could creep into that little cocoon you've got down there. :)
I'm happy for you and for the family who is coming. Just don't let Amy overdo it for her own sake!!
OH my Lynette! that is you....I didn't see your pic come up at first....Aren't they a great couple to open up thier home like this???
